Meet Keena Ferguson

A multi-artist! That's what I call myself. I am a storyteller in many forms; from directing, acting, VO artist, writer, and producer. My background as a dancer and choreographer has given me a unique understanding of staging, blocking and using your entire body to evoke emotion and tell a story.

As an NAACP award winning actor and a nominated writer and producer, Keena has seamlessly transitioned to being a film and television director. She garnered a HBO nomination for best director for her directorial debut film, Lindon Passing.

Using her diverse body of work as an actor on hit shows like Atlanta, SWAT, All American, Sistas, The Young & the Restless and so many more. She has already directed 9 episodes of television for AMC and WeTV and directed the film Single Black Female 3 for Lifetime. She is also the director for the award winning Oscar qualified dark comedy, The Devil Ain’t Pius.

Her work as a VO artist has put her in the video game space where she has voiced characters for Spiderman, Red Dead Redemption, Star Wars, World War Z, Starfield and so many more.

As a project creation coach she helps other actors and filmmakers step into their full creative spirit and take those ideas out of their head and into the world. I help you with all stages of filmmaking from pre to post and on to distribution, licensing and preparing for your next filmmaking journey.
